We collect personal identification information (name, email, phone number, location) when you submit a quote request. In addition, we collect clinical history details, surgical preferences, and diagnostic photos to coordinate evaluation with certified clinics.
2. How We Protect Medical Data
Your clinical data and medical uploads are treated with extreme care. We implement Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) and secure storage buckets. Only assigned authorized medical personnel and clinic coordinators can access files.
3. Sharing Information
We only share your records and request information with the accredited clinics and certified doctors that you select or authorize to quote your case. We do not sell or lease personal data to any third-party marketing companies.
