Cancun Aesthetics (referred to as "the Portal" or "the Facilitator") is a medical tourism coordination agency. We operate strictly as an intermediary connecting international patients with third-party accredited clinics, dental offices, and board-certified surgeons in Cancún, Mexico.
The Portal does not provide medical services, diagnoses, surgery, or clinical treatments. We do not employ medical staff or operate hospitals or operating rooms.
2. Medical Responsibility
All consultations, diagnosis, clinical procedures, surgeries, and post-operative follow-up treatments are conducted under the exclusive professional liability of the licensed surgeons and accredited clinics.
Any medical conflict, surgery results, complications, or post-operative questions must be directed and resolved exclusively with the clinical doctor who performed the treatment.
